Teamfight Tactics event a success
Academy of Game Film and Animation in collaboration with NOADE League host their much-anticipated second Teamfight Tactics online tournament last Saturday.
Over 20 players went head-to-head to win the coveted first prize of $100 Riot points with runners-up winning $50 and $25 Riot points respectively.
“The person who won it, Atlas, played really well and I think he had only lost one game that day,” says Isaac W., a Northern Adelaide Senior College student who was broadcasting for TwitchTV as part of his Community Studies portfolio work.
“In the last game he tried to show off a little bit. I was really impressed to see him play.”
Isaac assisted in the event because he loves the game and tying it to his Community Studies outcomes was easy.
“I play Teamfight Tactics quite often as well so this was a good opportunity for me to join in and assist,” says Isaac.
“We had hosted a Teamfight Tactics tournament earlier in the year and the people who had participated in the last one really liked it and wanted another one so due to their feedback we did another one.
“I definitely would like to branch into hosting other games but I wouldn’t mind hosting another one for Teamfight Tactics in the future.”
